Cancellation Policy

Cancellation with 48 hours or more notice

Sometimes it is unavoidable that you need to cancel a session.  If for any reason you do need to cancel your session and you give us at least 48 hours notice then no payment will be due.

The payment taken in advance will be used to pay for the next re-scheduled session.

Cancellation with less than 48 hours notice

If you cancel your treatment session giving us less than 48 hours notice then full payment for the session will be due.

Lateness

Please call us on 0161 408 0684 (Skype office.lifewith) if you are running late.  If you do arrive late then you will get the rest of your allocated slot, unless we can accomodate a full session. This will depends on our commitments on the day. Payment will still be due for the full session booked for you.
